If new leaves are turning yellow between the veins while the veins themselves stay green, that's classic iron deficiency, and on alkaline or calcareous soils it's rarely because there isn't enough iron in the ground. It's usually there, just locked up chemically once soil pH climbs past about 6.5, so roots can't take it up. Ordinary iron fertilizers fail on these soils because the iron converts to a form the plant simply can't use.
EDDHA is the chelate that keeps iron available even in soil as high as pH 9.5 or beyond, and that's the whole reason it costs more than cheaper chelates like EDTA. On high-pH ground, those cheaper options just won't hold up long enough to actually fix the problem.
Recommended rate: 2–5 kg per hectare soil application; 0.5–1.0 kg per hectare foliar spray

If you're already seeing the deficiency, a foliar application gives the fastest response, usually new growth greens up within seven to ten days. If the underlying issue is high soil pH locking up iron season after season, foliar alone won't solve that long term.
Pair a soil application at planting or early establishment with foliar top-ups during peak demand, flowering and fruit set, rather than relying on foliar sprays by themselves.
This is a mineral micronutrient fertilizer, not a crop-protection chemical, so it doesn't carry the same hazard profile as a fungicide or insecticide. Normal good hygiene during mixing, gloves, avoid ingestion, wash hands afterward, is enough.
Keep it dry in storage, since the EDDHA chelate can break down if it sits in prolonged moisture.
