SPIROMARK 500 EC

SPIROMARK 500 EC is formulated to provide rapid, reliable protection against a wide range of foliar fungal diseases, particularly in high-value crops such as fruits, vegetables, cereals, and ornamentals. Its dual movement properties—translaminar penetration and vapor redistribution—ensure both surface and internal leaf protection, making it highly effective against pathogens that spread quickly within dense canopies or under humid conditions.

The product is primarily preventive but also offers early curative activity, allowing it to suppress newly developing lesions and minimize disease expansion. SPIROMARK is especially useful in integrated disease management programs, where resistance stewardship and effective coverage of high-risk tissues are critical for sustained yield and quality.

Spiroxamine blocks two separate steps in how the fungus builds ergosterol for its cell membrane, a different pair of steps than the DMI fungicides target, even though the end result, a compromised membrane, looks similar.

It moves into the leaf tissue and gives protective, curative, and even some eradicative activity, meaning it can act against powdery mildew that's already established, not only prevent new infection.

Because it targets a different point in ergosterol production than the triazole (DMI) fungicides do, it's a genuine rotation partner for those products rather than just another option in the same resistance-risk bucket.

Still a single-site product though, so alternate with an unrelated mode of action, like a multi-site protectant or an SDHI, rather than spraying it repeatedly through the same disease cycle.

Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate. Store in the original container away from direct sunlight, children, food, and livestock.

Triple-rinse containers before disposal.
